1. Booking and Payment
● All bookings are subject to availability.
● Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must
be paid before the travel date as per the specified timeline.
● Payments can be made through [UPI,Net Banking,NEFT,RTGS,Credit Cards or Debit Card].
● Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency or
changes in supplier costs.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
● Cancellations by Traveler: If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her
booking,notify us in writing at info@yatraplanners.com. whatsoever reasons including
death, accident,illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the
balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client:

● Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 6-7 working days.
3. Liability
● Yatra Planners acts as an intermediary between travelers and suppliers (e.g., airlines,
hotels, transport operators). We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by
the acts or omissions of these third parties.
● Yatra Planners are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due
to weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
4. Changes to Bookings
● Any changes to bookings must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional
charges depending on supplier policies.
● We will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
5. Privacy Policy
● We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy-Policy to
understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Use of Website
● Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal
offense.

● These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Indian Government and any
disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
